Reporting delays based on speculation hide operational inconsistencies, corrupted numbers paralyze underwriting, and decisions made on margin of error cost owners NOI and value. RTOM replaces speculation with verification: real data > projections, live updates > static snapshots, centralized > scattered reports.

Members connect their PM software (AppFolio, Yardi, ResMan, Entrata) or upload their general ledger and rent roll directly. RTOM maps GL codes to a standard chart of accounts and recomputes 16 KPIs from the source entries, never from member-asserted summaries.

How often are KPIs refreshed?

Monthly, automatically. As soon as a new GL period closes, RTOM rolls the trailing-twelve forward and republishes cap rate, NOI, DSCR, occupancy, expense ratios, and the rest. KPI history is preserved so trend lines reflect operating reality, not a snapshot.

Members who are ready to transact can publish a listing built directly from the tracked data. Every listing has a public summary card; the full vault (P&L, rent roll, OM, debt detail) unlocks after the buyer e-signs the property's NDA.
